Spur provides necessary equipment and labor for excavation removal and disposal services of hazardous and non-hazardous soil including profiling and manifesting of the soil to Sub-title D and Sub-title C landfill facilities. Complete site restoration services including backfilling, compaction, and re-grading of site.
Test Pit Excavations
Spur provides necessary equipment, labor and materials for excavation or drilling of test pits for geo-technical or environmental soil explorations.
Retention Pond Installation/Modifications
Spur provides necessary equipment, labor and materials for excavation of new retention ponds or modifications and maintenance of existing retention ponds.
Non-Compliant or Illegal Landfill Restoration
Spur provides necessary equipment, labor and materials for excavation of debris from an non-compliant or illegal landfill including separation of debris, screening of soil, off-site disposal of non-compliant waste, and restoration of site including placement, compaction, and final site grading.
Remediation System Installation

Spur provides management including necessary equipment, and labor for profiling, manifesting, transportation, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous drums of soil and liquid.
Soil Blending
Spur provides in-situ soil blending for environmental applications, Environmental Soil Blending allows for direct contact with target contaminants while having the ability to distribute chemical amendments throughout the treated areas. Spur utilizes the latest in soil mixing and blending attachments available. This allows us to customize and tailor the project to the customer needs. Soil mixers can be attached to very large excavators to smaller mini excavators to allow for indoor remediation and stabilization projects.
Decommissioning and Demolition Services – Site Closure Services
- Spur provides necessary equipment, tools, labor and sub-contract services for demolition, transportation, and disposal of on-site structures and buildings, including restoration of the site. (This service is available for sites with or without environmental issues).
- Spur provides necessary equipment, tools, labor and sub-contract services for decommissioning and removal of remediation systems, including closing of existing wells, removal of steel vaults, pumps, piping, hoses including restoration of site surface with grass, concrete or asphalt.
- Spur provides necessary equipment, tools, labor and sub-contract services for decommissioning and removal of Hydraulic Floor Lifts, including removal and disposal of the hydraulic fluid present in the lift systems.
